3. Purpose and scope of application of this Legal Notice

The Website provides information about Logicode Logistics, S.L., its activities, services, projects, technological solutions and other corporate content made available to users through the Website, as well as to provide access to content, functionalities, services, tools and other resources offered by Logicode, all under the terms and to the extent available at any given time.

This Legal Notice governs the general access to and navigation of the Website.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the access to, navigation of, interpretation or performance of this Legal Notice shall be submitted to the Courts of the city of Madrid, unless applicable law mandatorily establishes another jurisdiction.
